About Casa Tusk

Casa Tusk is a bright, spacious southeast facing studio apartment equipped to a high standard in the popular development of Parque Vera 1.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the development and is fully accessible from street level with no steps and a small ramp leading up to the covered entrance.

Upon entering the property, there is a built-in double-door wardrobe on the left of the entrance hall with plenty of storage. There is additional overhead storage for suitcases or bags.

On the right of the entrance hall is the bathroom, comprising of a toilet, washbasin and a shower. The basin has a large lighted mirror and there is a good-sized bathroom cabinet for further storage.

From the hall we enter a fully fitted kitchen with base and wall units. There is a full sized oven, a four ring ceramic hob, an extractor fan, a microwave oven, a washing machine, a sink with mixer tap and all necessary kitchen utensils, pots and pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is also a freestanding fridge freezer. This area also has a dining table that comfortably seats four people.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, television cabinet and bookshelves with a selection of books that you are welcome to borrow. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and the television is a new LG Smart TV so you can watch all your favourite Netflix shows along with a wide range of UK and Irish channels, and up to a week of catch-up TV.

The living room also has an air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan for those warm summer days. The living room also houses a vertical foldaway bed manufactured by Boone. This incredibly comfortable, full sized bed is neatly housed in a space saving cabinet meaning the full floor space of the studio is available to you during the day. The cabinet also has two bedside lockers with lamps and drawers.

From the living room there are sliding patio doors with mosquito screens and rejas leading onto the partially covered terrace. The terrace is large enough for outdoor dining and the apartment has a patio table, four chairs and two sun loungers. The terrace has a gate giving direct access to the communal gardens and the swimming pool.

Welcome packs are available on request and all guests will be met and shown into the property and around the development.
